Phyllis is survived by her children Donna Caudle Michailo (Pete), Scottie Ray Caudle, Tona Renee Caudle, Karen Caudle Cline (Junior); granddaughter Gina Young (Danny), great grandchildren Cody Young and Sister Judy Miller. She was preceded in death by her parents Rufus and Virginia Hicks, daughter Cindy Love Caudle, grandson Cody Cox and three sisters, Linda, Patsy and Susan.

Miss Phyllis Hicks Caudle, 80, of Rural Hall, passed away in the comfort of Hospice care on April 03, 2026 to be with her Heavenly Father. Phyllis was born to the late Rufus and Virginia Hicks in Forsyth County on April 4th 1945. She was of Baptist faith and retired from RJ Reynold Tobacco Company after 20 years of service. She enjoyed and took pride in her flowers and yard. She also loved animals and especially her Dog Oscar who was her pride and joy!
Also, a special thank you her neighbor Wanda James for being there during her time of need. Miss Phyllis was so thankful to have you as a neighbor and friend.
Per Phyllis’s wishes, there will be no formal service. The family will have a private celebration of life event at a date to be determined in the future.
